You’ve probably seen microgreens popping up all over the place whether it’s on Instagram if you’re following different kinds of chef’s pages or even in your local grocery store. Over the last few years, they’ve really grown popularity.
So, what are microgreens? Just the seedlings of different herbs and vegetables. If you plant a bunch of microgreens seeds, like arugula, basil, amaranth, two or three leaves those would be considered the microgreen. Each type of microgreen or sprout adds a different flavor to a meal.
They’re super easy to grow and they can be harvested in about two to three weeks.
