Returns
If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them unopened and in a saleable condition. You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it. Returns are only accepted if the item has not been used and is in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in its original packaging. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any and all applicable customs duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The buyer is responsible for the original shipping costs and the cost of the return postage. We recommend that returns are sent by registered mail as we cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

After receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection, we will promptly notify you of the return status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the refund within 15 days; the exact amount depends on your card issuer's policy.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. A 15% handling fee will also be deducted.
