Shipping And Delivery
We aim to ship all orders for in-stock items as soon as possible. Delivery is by PostNord. If some of the items in your order are out of stock, we’ll get in touch to let you know when to expect delivery.
On average, it takes about 3-5 working days for us to process and ship an order. You shall receive an email with tracking information, once we are ready.
The Buyer must examine the contents of the parcel with the courier. The delivery signature of the courier confirms that the order has been received in full and the Buyer has no complaints. In case if a mistake was spotted after the courier's departure, the cost of re-delivery is paid by the Buyer, or delivery is made when the next order is sent. Contents of a shipped package are always examined and double-checked by us before being shipped to the Buyer and the total weight is written on the label affixed to a side of the package.

Returns Policy
You can return items purchased from Green Huiz within 30 days of delivery for any reason.
The products intended to be returned must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for the original shipping costs and the cost of the return postage. We recommend that returns are sent by registered mail as we cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.
Any and all applicable customs duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If customs duties are not paid and the item is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In such cases, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost, return shipping fees, and a processing fee.
