Leisure Cilantro is a medium to deep green, celery-like, fragrant microgreen.
Coriander microgreens have a sharp-spicy taste, a more intense flavor than mature cilantro and are packed with nutrients, including high levels of dietary fiber, antioxidants, B vitamins, potassium, copper, magnesium, manganese, zinc, and calcium. High in Vitamins A, C, and especially K; also high in iron, and phosphorus.
In addition to the excellent medicinal properties, fresh, delicate coriander sprouts are an excellent appetiser and add flavour to any meal with its fragrant and intensive taste.
Microgreens of coriander are well absorbed and help regulate digestion, protect the body from the harmful effects of free radicals, significantly improve endurance and performance, and complement the taste of food, making it slightly spicy.
