One side of the pillow is created using the refined nuno felting technique, blending silk, wool, alpaca, and mohair. It is further enriched with leather accents, horsehair embroidery, beads, and Swarovski crystals.

The reverse side is crafted from soft pink Italian leather, also adorned with delicate horsehair embroidery.
