Shipping And Delivery
We aim to ship all orders for in-stock items as soon as possible. Delivery is by DPD or PostNL. If some of the items in your order are out of stock, we’ll get in touch to let you know when to expect delivery.
On average, it takes about 2-5 working days for us to process and ship an order. You shall receive an email with tracking information, once we are ready.
The Buyer must examine the contents of the parcel with the courier. The delivery signature of the courier confirms that the order has been received in full and the Buyer has no complaints. In case if a mistake was spotted after the courier's departure, the cost of re-delivery is paid by the Buyer, or delivery is made when the next order is sent. Contents of a shipped package are always examined and double-checked by us before being shipped to the Buyer and the total weight is written on the label affixed to a side of the package.

You can return items purchased from Green Huiz within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Seeds of any kind cannot be returned.
The products intended to be returned must be unused and in their original condition and packaging (if any).
Consider these reasons to request a return:
- Products that arrived on a faulty condition. They can be returned to us and we will replace them or fully refund product costs, the delivery and return cost.
- If the products arrive damaged then please contact us within 2 days of the delivery.
- For all other returns, you will need to post the goods for return at your own cost.
